How to Use

If you already have certain repurposing formats in mind, you can mention them in the prompt (for example, "focus on social media and video formats" or "include at least one idea for a newsletter"). Make sure the prompt asks for multiple ideas and highlights adapting the content (this ensures the AI explains how to tweak it for each format).

3. Optional Add-ons: You can add constraints or preferences, such as "the suggestions should maintain a consistent brand voice" or "include one idea specifically for short-form video." If your original content has data or visuals, you might request the AI to suggest using those (like "turn statistics into an infographic"). Another optional element is to specify the number of ideas you want if 5-7 isn't what you need.

4. Run the Prompt: Execute the prompt in the AI. It will come up with a list of repurposing strategies, each likely with the format and a brief plan for using your content in that format.

5. Review & Select: Review the ideas provided. They might include things like social media posts, infographics, videos, slide decks, podcasts, etc. Determine which ones align best with your audience and resources. For each feasible idea, you can later prompt the AI (or work yourself) to flesh out the content for that format. If any suggestions aren't suitable or you need more, refine the prompt or ask for additional ideas. The goal is to have a variety of ways to extend the life of your original content.

6. Expected Outcome: You'll get a list of creative repurposing ideas for your content piece. Each idea will outline a new format or channel (and how to tailor the content for it), helping you reach a wider audience without having to create everything from scratch.
